Default Where did the time go?

Today is Wednesday and March 10th already. This has been one quick year so far!

In a few days Elaine and her familiy will be leaving for their trip. I think, Elaine, that you are lucky to be doing Phoenix first with the I-70 closure.

In just 11 days we will be leaving. And yes, we are watching that closure very carefully right now.

Is it really mid March already?

You're telling me! It feels like it was just the other day (Halloween weekend) that we took a pregnancy test and found out we were pregnant, and now I'm over halfway to meeting Elina! Jake's birthday is next month, I think my baby shower (have to get with my girlfriend to make sure) is going to be early May, then in June it will be nothing but preparing for Elina to arrive and then 4th of July and a baby!

A few months after that, we're going to WDW for Elina's first trip. This year is going to be so crazy! (But a good crazy)

Jake and I hangin' with the Big Cheese, Disneyland April '06

Sept '09 for the wedding, All Star Sports
Jan '10 off property, to cheer my Dad on while he ran the Marathon
Next Trip: Dec '10 Port Orleans Riverside

Be glad the first part of this year is going fast......cause June will drag on forever!!! I remember being pregnant in the summer.....I already have sympathy for you!!! I remember doing a lamaze class & they were planning our reunion & I was the ONLY one that hadn't had her baby yet.......I cried non-stop for the last 2 weeks. I really hope you have a much better time of it!!!

Hey it isn't all bad being preggers in June. Remember, Alex was born in September, so I was VERY pregnant in the summer. I was happy we had air conditioning but other than being hot all the time it wasn't that bad. (or I have totally blacked out the bad parts )

Yes Leanne, I'm glad we won't be driving on I-70. I believe on the way back we'll go through Reno and WY, since we'll be coming from San Fran.

I still have a lot to do to get ready....we leave on Sat early in the morning.

I can't believe it's Mid March already too!

D-never thought about it...is Elina a little WDW souvenier/honeymoon reminder?!! If you took the test in late October...that means...late September!

Have a great trip Elaine! And enjoy the consistently warm weather I am hoping that once we get out of Colorado that Alex and I can finally get rid of our colds or whatever we have.

No, I had my girlie visit the day we were leaving WDW to come home. Elina's more like a birthday present for me 'cause I got pregnant the week of my birthday.

Ah so your birthday gift was Elina, my Christmas gift 8 years ago was Alex, and me, my sister, and my older brother were all anniversary gifts for my parents. Amazing how that works now, isn't it

Oops, that would make Linnea my April Fools present!

ETA: I just realized I did my math wrong. She was my May first present, which is May Day in Hawaii. It's celebrated with lot's of flowers. And Linnea is the name of a flower that grows in Sweden.
